Meat Canning and Jerky Making with Judy Price

Canning meat is a tasty, economical way to preserve meat or game and dried meat makes a great snack. Judy, a Cornell Cooperative Extension Food Preservation Expert, will be teaching what cuts of meat can be preserved in this manner, how to operate a pressure canner and practical tips on canning techniques. 

$15 suggested donation for class, dinner, and a can of meat to take home and enjoy!
